Answers can be found in an assessment. We choose to use:
Wealth Dynamics
Print
Extended Disc
These three assessments have a layering affect when used together.
Wealth Dynamics
Wealth Dynamics provides a helicopter view. It shares where to best invest your time. It will give insights into what role will suit you and what to avoid. It helps you become aware of your skills in such a way that you can externalize them to then capitalize on them.
Print
Print is powerful. Once you know where to invest your time...Print will help you realise what your behavioral make up is. For example it will help you understand your 'best self'. Print identifies the traits you want to use or 'be' all of the time.
Print will also provide awareness of what 'triggers' you to be a 'shadow self'...naturally the shadow is the person you wish you could hide on occasion. It is the you, when pushed to a wall.
By gaining this knowledge you will be aware of what types of situations' will 'trigger' you and or what work styles, environments, roles and even companies to avoid.
Extended Disc
The final one is Extended Disc which shows 'where you are today' in terms of your ability to influence, dominate, systemize and also comply. It reviews your personal balance with your work balance.
It give understanding of where you need to develop life skills and professional skills for greater self care and career fulfillment.
All three tools when used together (we speak from experience) with a qualified asOne coach will create awareness beyond your imagination.

Generational diversity in our workforce is here; let’s enjoy it by understanding each other. Each generation has something unique to contribute to our work environments.
Across the generations one common topic remains; employees seek to avoid stress in the workplace. Stress is the top reason people leave companies yet employers don’t consider stress as a contributor.
A recent survey sourced by: Watson Wyatt gives the global numbers and demonstrates where the disconnect appears between employees and employers.
Rankings for employees leaving was...
1 Stress levels (37%)
2 Base pay (33%)
3 Promotion opportunities (26%)
4 Career opportunities (23%)
5 Work/life balance (22%)
As opposed to employers believing they leave because...
1 Base pay (52%)
2 Career opportunities (47%)
3 Promotion opportunities (45%)
4 Internal Relationships (35%)
5 Work/life balance (24%)
One way to shift the trend of stress in the workplace is to encourage a strengths based placement using tools such as the one illustrated.
These tools give insights into what language to use. Who is best to lead the individual. When to reward, encourage, manage or offer more tasks to do and how to do it.
Mix individual, behavioral profiles to the cultural diversity in addition to traits which are reflective of our families. Then add your own expectations. It is no wonder people are searching.
What is your innate make up, how does your conditioning, training, and experiences add or detract to it? We all bring something different to a job, a career role or offer in our companies. Imagine an employer who was open to this.
Often people are looking for an opportunity which has them feel complete, engaged or acknowledged. This is especially important to generation X and Y, our system will provide this.
At asOne we appreciate multiplicity in people and promote strength based placement and organisational acceptance. We use a variety of tools sourced from around the world and carefully partner with likeminded companies who support us in supporting you.
We believe when you are ‘purposefully aware’ of your individual make up, your team and companies collective DNA, performance increases, communication is clearer and unity occurs, the bi-product is infectious.
Companies who embrace a strengths based model are culturally magnetic. People simply want to work there. Think; Nike, Google, Aspire, Noble, Morrison.
asOne is a strengths based workplace, practicing what we promote...

Across the Generations…
Baby boomers (1946-1961) believed in a job for life. Driven by loyalty and givers gain to give. Security focused. The internet was introduced through the baby boomers mid life. Some have taken to it fully and others are slower to embrace it.
It is important to a baby boomer to work ‘for’ an organisation which appreciates long service. Formal language and an approach will generally be more attractive to this generation. They prefer to communicate personably as opposed to email.
The baby boomer has often mastered a skill, profession or trade. It is unlikely they have moved across different industries. Promotion is likely due to longevity in a company with no more than 3 moves in a career.
Generation X (1961-1976) experienced record breaking divorces, a new style of being raised or an old fashioned approach. Gen X had Mums that worked from home returned to study or returned to work. Families started to take on a very different shape which results in this group of individuals being just that, individual.
Generally Gen X is focused on achieving be it in sport, school and careers. It is about what you have, the status, the benefits and it all. Work/Life balance is on the action list however some will and others simply talk about it.
Often this generation will respond to the successful baby boomers that are self made or respected for performance. They love working ‘with’ companies who reward well.
Gen X will often have moved across a variety of sectors and roles. They will use the move from one firm to another as the stepping stone to climb the career ladder with an average of three to four years in any one company.
Generation Y (1976-1991) enjoy living for the internet, a challenge and freedom. They know, no different. Techno savvy with can do mindsets that enjoy diversity. Important to the Gen Y is balance. They have observed others ‘promising it’ Gen Y will prove it can be done.
They want it all and will give it all however will want to work ‘in and on’ an organisation. It is important to contribute to blue sky not just to do. They will not wait to be asked a question and if offered an environment which is open, a Gen Y individual is often the one who will give insights unexpected or uninvited. They can easily become dejected if not heard.
Gen Y enjoy short, to the point casual language which has proof attached. Environmentally and socially conscious this group of people will leave a legacy.
