asOne solutions was established in 2005 after founder Caroline Johnston returned to Perth from a Director of Marketing role in Beijing (in the mining industry). After visiting a number of recruitment agencies she found the majority were fueled by the dollar and offered little or no quality of service.

These experiences drove the development of our coach approach human resources management consultancy. Together with partner Dana Moore, who herself has international senior management experience, asOne mixes respected technical skills with a unique combination of intuition, perspective and fun!
